What is BLF?

BLF stands for Busy Lamp Field. 

It is a feature of JT's Cloud Hosted PBX that enables you to see who is on a call using either lights or on-screen indicators on your handset.

How do I set up BLF?

BLF is configured and enabled on your Hosted PBX configuration by default.

You will need to set up your handsets to use it by configuring softkeys as BLF keys.
